Gen Z: Supporting the Newest Class of Nurses
Today's diverse ensemble of nurses has never represented such a vast landscape of generational differences in healthcare settings. While each generation comes with valuable offerings to their organization, the generation known as Z has lived through events and innovations that are unique only to them. Though many are still in the process of entering the workforce, what can we do to best help this latest generation of clinicians in a way that tactically benefits a healthcare system on the cusp of redevelopment for the making of better clinician and patient outcomes.
